Hi, I’m Christopher
I started my menswear blog in the Fall of 2014, originally under the name Unbearably Stylish. Back then, I was a frequent thrift shop scavenger. I sought after better fitting suit jackets among endless aisles of vintage wear and came across some very unique finds. This was how I had built my early suit wardrobe collection.
That same year I remained consistent in posting twice a week on a website called Lookbook.nu. As time went on, I gained recognition from the widely-known GQ Magazine at Condé Nast in New York and had collaborated with well over 150+ brands.
In the summer of 2016, I had the opportunity to work for a custom suiting company by the name of Chookhare & Sons. During this time, I developed a passion for teaching men, women, & LGBTQ members in the community about custom suiting. My knowledge and fascination for suiting evolved tremendously when I paid closer attention to fabric differentiation (patterns, weights, weaves, colors and textures), the precision of made-to-measure, suit construction for all body types, alterations for a better fit, and how to piece together an ace ensemble for any occasion.
Today, the name “influencer” takes on a variety of connotations where the figure is at the center of attention. I no longer wish to be solely defined in that category. Instead, I prefer to shift the attention and generate focus on the members of the suit community where both I and the members have a much greater fulfillment in educational attainment and meaningful review.
